Servmate was fantastic. They arrived shortly after we called and did a very thorough job of removing water from our flooded basement. They discussed options with us and kept us informed during the whole process of removing damaged furniture, floors, walls, insulation, etc. They placed multiple dehumidifiers and fans, and when they came back to test the moisture level and remove the equipment, they did a great job cleaning up all the mud, dirt, etc. Highly recommend!

Noah and his team were very professional and very careful moving personal items and furniture after a water line in my finished basement split, allowing water to easily stream through the drywall and baseboards, flooding the finished basement and an adjacent bedroom. They were patient while we removed personal collectibles from display cabinets, and kept us informed of what they were doing, why it was being done, and what was found as they began to remove carpet, carpet padding, and cut drywall. They cut the drywall in sizes comparable to common replacement sizes, and were as careful as possible to not break the 28 year old trim while removing it. Post cleanup, Noah ensured I was included in the communications with my homeowner's insurance. I highly recommend Servmate to anyone requiring the services they provide. Although indoor flooding is not the best of situations, Servmate was certainly a 5 star experience for me!

Excellent service - we had a pipe burst in our basement in Feb, and Noah and his team came out that night in middle of snow storm to get everything cleaned up and dried out. They came back the next day to finish up, and then worked with our insurance company to get the claim processed. I would highly recommend them!

After the cold water supply line to our basement vanity failed and led to our brand new carpet and pad soaked, we got the leak fixed and then reached out to Servmate. We called them around lunchtime and Noah was at our house by 5 that evening. He had a solution for us within 15 minutes and they returned at 8 AM the next morning to do their thing. Their solution worked seamlessly and saved us from having to replace the carpet or pad.Everyone who we dealt with from Krista in the office to Noah and his team were pleasant to deal with and happy to help. In particular, we appreciated Noah’s constant communication before, during and after the whole ordeal. He constantly kept us up to date, even when they ran into a small snag. We’ve dealt with other contractors who don’t communicate well at all, so this was a breath of fresh air.Like we told them, we hope we never need their services again, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to call them back. They made an otherwise stressful situation much easier to deal with. If you need fire or water damage repair, call these guys - you won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Servate after a fire in my home which resulted in alot of damage from smoke and suet. Noah arrived the next morning and inspected my home. I knew immediately Servmate was the restoration company that had the know how and experience needed to tackle the damage. Each damaged area was thoroughly addressed and restored to its' original condition. At all times, Noah or his team answered any questions I had. They kept me informed of what to expect next. My family and friends are amazed at the final restoration condition of my home. One would NEVER know there had been an extensively house. Servmate receives my heartfelt thanks for their amazing work.

Great company to work with. I called Friday afternoon and they arrived Saturday morning to form a remediation plan. They got right to work and did an excellent job on the clean up. After the job was complete I received several phone calls to make sure nothing else was needed, and even when there was nothing in it for them they took the time to answer all of my questions. As a young homeowner that was completely clueless on how to choose a good company for repairs after a flooding in my house, I solely relied on Google reviews. The only thing my insurance company said to me was ‘Pick a water mitigation company to come to the house first and call us after that is done.’ After a long search and reading way too many reviews, I decided to go with Servmate. From the very first inquiry call to even after their job was done, Servmate was great! The lead technician, Joe, walked me through the whole process step by step. He explained exactly what was going to happen and even helped me understand things that the insurance adjuster was saying. Joe and his team got the job done quickly and did an exceptional job cleaning up after. The owner, Noah, called me a few weeks afterwards to check in and make sure I did not have any further questions. While I hope I never have to deal with a water mitigation company again, I feel at peace knowing that I know exactly who to call if I do. I cannot thank Servmate enough for everything they did!

Timely, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, efficient, detail oriented, the list could go on with how wonderful the Servmate team was after we had a pipe burst in our family room, but most importantly, they gave us peace of mind and took a load off our overwhelmed plate. Servmate was absolutely professional in their approach to helping us with our flooded basement. The crew that showed up explained the entire process before begining the work. They mitigated all the water damage, treated for possible mold build up and set up their equipment to help dry things out. They took care of everything from removing wet drywall, flooring, insulation and cleaned up afterwards. They ended the day with setting up fans and dehumidifiers to dry everyrhing.After several days of dry out they returned, took readings to ensure things were dry, then removed the fans and dehumidifiers. Once done they retreated for mold again, wiped down everything and swept/moped the floors before packing up.Servate worked with our insurance company to make this as easy as possible and stress free. I would absolutely use them again if something like this would ever occur again.

We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation.After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and “we’ll call you back in 10 minutes” with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesn’t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, when’s the last time you had a contractor do that?We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile.Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasn’t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment.While I can’t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess.

If you are reading this and needing this service, keep reading! I recently came home from an extended trip out of state. Blisters in my living room ceiling revealed a catastrophe that unleashed havoc on my upstairs bed/bath/vanity area and closet. Downstairs my living room ceiling walls and floor had been seriously damaged. In the midst of shock, I was made aware that I needed a water restoration company to get to work. I was very concerned about the health problems that can result from this kind of water damage. I checked a few, the reviews for Servemate were excellent. I liked that they were an independently owned company as well. I could not be more pleased. Noah, Jake and Joe, to name a few, were extremely attentive and explained everything thoroughly. They were careful with our belongings when they packed and moved things to do the work. They were extremely trustworthy, punctual and reliable. Water damage was traumatic but working with Servemate was a very calming beginning to a difficult process.

We are very lucky that we found Servmate. We called Servmate because our basement flooded. They quickly responded and sent a crew the next day. I am really impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the two men that came. They also brought a TON of equipment to make sure our basement fully dried out. Unfortunately this is not the first time we needed a restoration company. Servmate is on another level compared to my past experiences.
